These packages are designed for and limited to the following events:

Meetings, fundraisers,weddings, private screenings, training sessions,
seminars, a romantic engagement or evening!

Packages include:
4 hour rental of theatre & lobby
Technical director
Light technician
Sound technician
House management
1 spot light
1- 2 microphones
1 podium
Use of 6 ø 6Õ foot tables skirted and clothed
General lighting ø up to two color looks
Use of up to 2 dressing rooms,
Limited to 6 speakers or performers. Cash bar is available at no cost for groups over 300.

Half day PACKAGE (4 hours) - $2000.00
Full day PACKAGE (8 hours) - $3000.00

piano tuning $ 60.00
security $ 20.00/hour (4 hr min.)
ushers $500.00
box office ticketing, $900.00 (8 weeks prior to event)
sales, set-up & staffing

(Rates are based on complete set-up and tear down being within the allocated rental time of your event. Each additional hour will be charged at an additional $300.00/hour)
*(crew must have 1 hr break after 5 hrs)
