SUBSCRIPTION
INFORMATION & TICKET ORDERS are available at the
Paramount Theatre Box Office at 23 East Galena Blvd. Tickets
can be ordered by phone at (630) 896-6666, by fax at (630)
892-1084 or by stopping by the Box Office. Tickets can also be purchased by calling Ticketmaster at (312)
902-1500. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Mail
orders will be filled as received. Tickets cannot be reserved
without payment.
PARKING Valet parking is available at the main
entrance to the theatre. Valet parking closes after the show.
Please pick up your keys immediately following the performance. For your convenience, local parking is
available at the City Garage located on the corner of Stolp &
Downer, just one block South of the Paramount or at the public
lot located on Broadway, across from Walter Payton's Roundhouse.
Additional parking is available at Old Second Bank on the corner
of River Street & Galena Blvd, Fifth Third Bank on Broadway and
Downer or National City Bank on Benton. This lot is available
only during non-banking hours. Please be sure to get
a parking pass from the box office when parking in bank lots.
The Hollywood Casino garage is open daily off Galena Blvd. and
metered street parking is available throughout the city. Metered
parking is free on weekdays after 5pm and on weekends. Click -

RESTROOMS are located in the Grand Gallery on
both the ground level and second floor as well as in the
original location on the bottom floor of the theatre. All
bathrooms in the Grand Gallery are handicap accessible.
CAFE & GIFT SHOP The
cafe and gift shop will be open 1 hour prior to showtime through
intermission.
FOOD / BAR SERVICE Beverages are
available in the lobby before the show and at intermission. You
can enjoy your drink in the theatre at most adult performances.
No food is allowed in the theatre.

FOR PATRONS WITH WHEELCHAIRS Wheelchair seating
is available is available on the main floor with prior notice
only. Please request wheelchair seating when ordering tickets
through box office at 630-896-6666.
COAT CHECK The attended coat
check is located on the lower level of the Grand Gallery. The
coat check is open seasonally. We regret that we cannot check
furs.
FAMILY EMERGENCY ROOM is
located on the ground level of the Grand Gallery.
ART GALLERY The Art Gallery is
located on the second level of the Grand Gallery. All artwork
is for sale. More information on artwork is available in the
Gift Shop.
LATE SEATING Out of respect for
our patrons, latecomers will be seated in the back of the
theatre (if seating is available) until a scene break of
appropriate time in the performance as to not disturb other
guests. At the scene break or intermission guests will be
seated in their designated seats.

PARAMOUNT GIFT
CERTIFICATES are available in any denomination and can be
redeemed for tickets to any Paramount-sponsored events. On sale
year-round, Paramount Gift Certificates can be ordered by
calling the Paramount Box office at (630) 896-6666 or stop by
next time you attend a show.
BOOSTER SEATS FOR
CHILDREN are now available on a first come, first serve
basis. If you would like to request a booster seat for your
child, please ask an usher.
PARAMOUNT TOURS are
available. Reservations are required and can be made by calling
(630) 896-7676.
VOLUNTEERS We
are looking for people who love the theatre and would like to
share some of their time, energy and talents by volunteering for
the Paramount Theatre. Volunteers are essential to the
Paramount Paramount and in bringing the arts to local

ASSISTIVE HEARING DEVICES: Hearing assistance
devices are available. Please call the Box Office at (630)

FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY / RECORDING DEVICES are
strictly prohibited. Please check any cameras or video recorders
at the House Manager's Office. located next to the coat room in
the Grand Gallery.
WE CANNOT PAGE PATRONS In the event someone
must contact you, please give them your row, seat number, and
the number (630) 896-6666. The House Manager will be able to
locate you with this information.
